Dr. André Latz

André has gained extensive experience in coaching and seminars since 2007. He studied educational science, sociology and politics (M.A.) and wrote his dissertation on the subject of trust and leadership. As a trained systemic coach and restaurant specialist, he combines practical knowledge with profound theoretical insights. He has also taught as an honorary lecturer at the North Rhine-Westphalia University of Applied Sciences for Police and Public Administration and at IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH in the fields of politics, sociology, psychology, public & non-profit management and practical reflection.

Marie has been contributing her in-depth experience from coaching and seminars since 2014. She studied Service Management (B.A.) and Human Resource Management (M.A.). She has been working in the field of intercultural counselling and coaching since 2019. She is also a trained systemic coach and has completed further training in non-violent communication and lateral leadership.
