Interdisciplinary personal development in the 21st century: Theory and practice combined
Good practice is based on a solid theoretical foundation.
For this reason, we are not only involved in seminars and coaching sessions, but also in academic research and teaching. Our aim is to effectively combine theory and practice and to make a valuable contribution through our inter- and transdisciplinary perspectives. We consider this diversity to be one of our greatest strengths.
Exchange and collaboration
We cordially invite you to join us in an exciting exchange. Together we can develop new perspectives and innovative approaches. Get in touch with us and discover how we can further interlink theory and practice together.

The third chapter in particular provides, among other things, applicable findings for the design of a contemporary individual leadership style. [...] In addition, it [the sociological perspective] shows the necessary processual nature of a good leadership culture and the individual attitude of the soldiers with the solutions cited. Overall, this publication is therefore an enrichment for the bookcases of the German armed forces.

Review in TopKom (see above)
The book is not an evaluation of the concept of Innere Führung from the armed forces themselves, but a sociological view of the concept from the outside [...]. Despite its practical relevance and the numerous suggestions for improving leadership behavior, the book is therefore primarily aimed at academic readers who are fundamentally concerned with leadership cultures and/or the concept of Innere Führung.
