Our values and approach

Flag of the Federal Republic of Germany
Thanks to the scientific approach, it was an instructive time from which I took a lot away.
You also explained everything in a very simple and understandable way and I never had any difficulties in understanding.
I also got to know you personally as humorous, open and likeable people.

We believe that true responsibility and maturity consist of regularly questioning our convictions and adapting our opinions to new findings and facts. Our work is based on the principle of self-competence, which teaches us to develop an attitude that corresponds to the Enlightenment idea of personal responsibility.
This idea is also the foundation of democracy: the ability to give reasons for one's own actions and to justify them if necessary. We assume this responsibility in our daily work and in our commitment to our clients.
We invite you to enter into dialog with us and find out more about our approaches. Get in touch with us to gain deeper insights into our values and methods and find out how we can help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

Simple knowledge and in-depth education

Education and knowledge are terms that are often interpreted differently, both in everyday life and in science. We draw on a concept inspired by Peter Bieri, in which education and knowledge are fundamentally differentiated. This makes it clear why coaching and seminars should ideally focus on education rather than just knowledge.
1st order knowledge:
This is specialist and factual knowledge that can be acquired quickly and without in-depth self-reflection. It comprises the technical skills required to solve specific tasks and problems. First-order knowledge is often conveyed through books or lessons, but does not constitute education.
2nd order knowledge:
This knowledge is application-oriented and includes methodological competence. It refers to the ability to choose suitable methods for solving problems and requires self-reflection at an early stage. Second-order knowledge can be seen as a transition to education.
3rd order knowledge:
Here we are talking about meaningful knowledge that is linked to self-competence. It requires the ability for reflective self-organization, the cultivation of productive attitudes and values. Third-order knowledge arises through self-reflection and time and is what we call genuine education. Self-competence necessarily includes social competence.
Education always requires a critical examination of oneself, regardless of age. It is about taking the time for self-reflection and having the will to change.
Let's create educational spaces together in which you can develop your full potential! Start your journey to personal and professional development today - we look forward to accompanying you.
I thought it was very good how well thought out the seminar was. It was good that you made us think with your well-founded opinions and views.
You always created a good atmosphere with the games in between and the relaxed, humorous way you conducted the seminar.
I have to say that I can't imagine just one of you leading the seminar, because I thought you complemented each other really well.
I also really enjoyed the discussions at the dinner table and I often liked to stay seated as I found it really interesting to hear your arguments and background knowledge.
You were definitely one of the main reasons why I not only really enjoyed my time at the seminar, but am now almost sad that it's over!
